Setup and Takedown Scheduling

This is a short session where we build the yagis, put in the ground anchors and get wire antennas ready.


Friday Antenna Setup (10AM - 6PM):      Yes       No     From:          Until:     
This is one of the most critical parts of Field Day. We need a fair number of people at the site early to get the antennas in the air.
With a good complement of erectors we should have most of it done by 4PM. The earlier you can make, the better!
Don't forget to enter your available times!

During this time we build the stations, set up and wire the generators, and take care of anything left over to do.
All operators should be on site just before the start so that they can get familiar with the equipment.

This is another crucial time where we need a dedicated corps of people who can focus on taking everything down carefully and systematically.
If you cannot make it to Field Day at any other time, we welcome all the help on Sunday as many of the operators will be quite fatigued.


GOTA Station Sign-Up
This year we will strive to keep the GOTA station running all night. That means we need to staff 3 stations for 24 hours = 72 hours of operating time.That also means that we need operators for the overnight (midnight-6AM). We are not scheduling coaches this year. Please indicate what hours you will be on site and able to operate. We will schedule in operators based on experience and band conditions.
