What FD activity would you like to be involved in which you haven't been able to do in the past?

3. What times can you be at Field Day:
Please indicate YES or NO for each activity and the START TIME and the END TIME you can to commit to being on site, even if you already have a specific operating time. These times will be use to plan staffing.

Thursday Pre-Setup (4PM - 8PM):            Yes       No
This is a short session where we build the yagis, put in the ground anchors and place lines over the trees for wire antennas.

Friday Antenna Setup (10AM - 6PM):      Yes       No     From:          Until:
This is one of the most critical parts of Field Day. We need a fair number of people at the site early to get the antennas in the air.
With a good complement of erectors we should have most of it done by 6PM. The earlier you can make, the better!
Don't forget to enter your available times!

Saturday Set Up (10AM - 2PM):              Yes       No     From:            Until:
During this time we build the stations, set up and wire the generators, and take care of anything left over to do.
All operators should be on site just before the start so that they can get familiar with the equipment.

Sunday Tear Down (2PM - 7PM):            Yes       No     From:            Until:
This is another crucial time where we need a dedicated corps of people who can focus on taking everything down carefully and systematically.
If you cannot make it to Field Day at any other time, we welcome all the help on Sunday as many of the operators will be quite fatigued.

Phone and CW Operator Sign-Up
The Phone and CW operator schedules are set up separately. We are especially looking for competent operators to cover midnight through 10AM Sunday. If you can handle contest operating and wish to take part, leave a note below or contact W1SJ.

GOTA Operator Sign-Up:
Sat 2PM Sat 3PM Sat 4PM Sat 5PM Sat 6PM Sat 7PM Sat 8PM Sat 9PM Sat 10PM Sat 11PM
Sun 8AM Sun 9AM Sun 10AM Sun 11AM Sun 12PM Sun 1PM
We always need GOTA operators! Two hour shifts are preferred, but sign up for whatever you can.
We need to work off of a schedule; otherwise everyone wants to operate Saturday afternoon and no one wants Sunday!
All are eligible to operate GOTA EXCEPT those who are contesters. GOTA will generally run 2PM - midnight Saturday and 8AM - 2PM Sunday.

VHF Operator Sign-Up:
Sat 2PM Sat 3PM Sat 4PM Sat 5PM Sat 6PM Sat 7PM Sat 8PM Sat 9PM Sat 10PM
Sun 8AM Sun 9AM Sun 10AM Sun 11AM Sun 12PM Sun 1PM
The VHF station can be very busy or very quiet, depending on conditions. If there is no 6 meter opening, operating consists of calling CQ
on 6 and 2 meters looking for anyone to work. When 6 meters is open, things can get as crazy as the HF bands.
Two hour shifts are preferred, but sign up for whatever you can.
